Painting Warranty

Krayniy Painting provides a limited workmanship warranty on completed residential painting projects.

Warranty Coverage
We warranty our labor against peeling, blistering, or chipping caused by improper surface preparation or application.

Warranty Period
The standard warranty period is 1 year from the date of project completion, unless otherwise specified in writing.

What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear 
• Damage caused by moisture, leaks, or structural issues 
• Cracks due to building movement or settling 
• Surfaces previously painted or repaired by others 
• Damage caused by impact, abuse, or improper cleaning 

Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for maintaining the painted surfaces and correcting any underlying issues such as leaks, excess moisture, or structural problems.

Warranty Claims
To request warranty service, the customer must notify Krayniy Painting in writing and provide reasonable access for inspection of the affected area.

If the issue is determined to be covered under this warranty, Krayniy Painting will repair the affected area at no cost.

Limitation
This warranty is limited to labor only and does not include consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
