Krayniy Painting is a trade name of Krayniy Construction Company — a Chicagoland builder with a long track record of careful, high-quality residential and commercial work. Krayniy Painting brings that same standard to professional residential interior and exterior painting across the North Shore and Chicago.

We specialize in occupied homes, renovation projects, and full repaints — the kind of work where clean execution, proper surface preparation, and reliable timelines matter most. Our construction roots mean we understand what is under the paint and prepare every surface properly before we finish it.
That is not a slogan, it is a sequence. Patch. Sand. Caulk. Prime where the surface calls for it. Only then paint. It costs more time at the front of a job and it is the entire reason a finish still looks right years later.
We also work the way people actually live. Homes stay occupied during most of our projects, so floors and furniture get protected, work areas stay contained, and the house gets cleaned up at the end of each day.
