Trim & Detail Work
Trim & Detail Painting
We handle detailed trim painting, including baseboards, crown molding, doors, and window casings. Clean lines and consistent finishes are critical for a finished look, especially in higher-end homes.
Trim is where a paint job is judged. The eye goes straight to the line where the wall meets the molding, to the sheen on a door, to whether the casings match room to room. Getting that right is slow, careful work — filling, sanding, caulking, and cutting a straight line by hand.
It is also the work that makes an older North Shore home look cared for rather than merely repainted.

Questions
Trim & detail FAQs
Can you paint just the trim, not the whole room?
Yes. Trim, doors, and casings are often refreshed on their own — it is one of the highest-impact things you can do to a room without repainting the walls.
Can you match the trim colour and sheen in the rest of the house?
Yes. Consistency room to room is part of the job. Bring us the existing colour if you have it, or we can match from a sample during the estimate.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. Completed residential painting projects carry a 1-year limited workmanship warranty against peeling, blistering, or chipping caused by improper surface preparation or application. Read the full warranty.
