A whole-home repaint and a renovation are different problems. A repaint is about consistency: getting every room, every ceiling, and every piece of trim to read as one finish. A renovation is about sequencing: being on site at the right moment, between the other trades, without holding anyone up.
We do both, and the reason is our background — Krayniy Painting is the residential painting arm of Krayniy Construction Company. Working inside an active construction schedule is familiar territory, and so is knowing what is underneath the paint before we commit to a finish.

Can you work around our contractor’s schedule?
Yes — coordinating with other trades is normal for us. Tell us the sequence at the estimate and we will fit into it.
Do you paint new drywall and new trim?
Yes. New surfaces get primed properly before finish coats, which is what keeps the sheen even.
How long does a whole-home repaint take?
It depends on square footage, how many colours, and how much prep the surfaces need. We give you a timeline with the estimate and we keep to it.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. Completed residential painting projects carry a 1-year limited workmanship warranty against peeling, blistering, or chipping caused by improper surface preparation or application. Read the full warranty.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — Krayniy Painting is licensed and insured, and carries workers’ compensation and liability coverage.
